• How can I confirm that you have received my booking?

    When you make a booking with us you will receive a receipt of your booking which will then be 'Pending' untill we receive your deposit. Once the deposit is paid you will be notified that your booking has been 'Confirmed' .

  • Do you have an EV chargepoint?

    Yes we have an untethered 16a chargepoint for your electric vehicle, we also have a Type 2 Charging Lead incase you need one, you will only be charged at the current rate of any KW's you use throughout your stay.

  • Do you have any discount codes?

    Yes we do have seasonal offers and discount codes, if you join our Chy Lowen Newsletter you will receive them if any are available otherwise please get in touch to see if there are any current offers

  • What are the check-in & check-out times?

    Check-In is normally from 4pm and Check-Out is at 10am on the day of your departure

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Yes you can cancel a booking if it is cancelled within the time set out in our Terms and Conditions that would have been agreed at the time of booking

  • Do you have a Hot-Tub?

    Chy Lowen has an excellent 7 seater Hot Tub under its own covered area to be enjoyed whatever the weather.

  • Do you have a Sauna?

    Chy Lowen boasts an excellent 8-10 person Scandinavian style Sauna Cabin as well as an outside shower to cool you off afterwards.
