The extra steps we are taking to ensure you a safe Holiday
During your stay with us at Chy Lowen It is very important to us that you feel safe and have an enjoyable relaxing Holiday.
Our number one priority is the safety and well being of our guests and housekeeping staff, we strive to create an environment where everyone has peace of mind.
We will be working with Visit England and taking guidance from the HSE and the WHO.
We have implemented a programme of cleaning and social distancing measures, designed to keep both Guests and Staff safe. Our risk assessment will be reviewed and amended as necessary when advised by government guidelines, you can view it HERE
To help maintain social distancing we would ask guests to try where possible to arrive at the time that they have indicated when making the reservation. At check-in we ask you to confirm that you have not been in contact with any potential Covid-19 cases. Although check out is by 10:00 we would ask guests who are able to depart at 09:45 as this would give us more time to safely deep clean rooms. Guests will be asked to ensure that we have their contact details. Should you feel unwell during your stay please inform us immediately. If you develop symptoms within 14 days of leaving we ask that you inform the government of your stay dates with us.
To minimise any unnecessary contact, we will not enter Chy Lowen during your stay except in an emergency. Rooms will not be serviced during your stay. We request our guests to open windows to ventilate the room prior to them leaving on the day of thir departure. There will be an increased cleaning and sanitisation regime of high touch points in all areas. HSE guidelines recommend that all guest place their used bedding (sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers ONLY) in the provided laundry bags on their departure. These bags will be provided by us and will be in each bedroom with instruction.
We have a very spacious outdoor area and the garden furniture, table and chairs have been spaced out in the garden.
Every room in Chy Lowen will be deep cleaned using non-toxic. Odour free antiviral disinfectant effective against Corona virus certified to EU std EN1276 & EN14476 prior to your arrival.
To maximise hygiene, we change pillow and mattress protectors between guest and all linen and towels are deep cleaned and dried in accordance with all the current guidelines.
A Hand Sanitiser is provided for you at the start of your holiday and is situated in the entrance hallway, please use on arrival to help reduce the risk of infection.
